If you have a process that needs to be done regularly, scheduling and reminders can keep your staff on top of it

Scheduling a Checklist

You can schedule a checklist to send an email reminder to one or more people when it needs to be completed.

Adding/Changing a Reminder

  • Open the checklist

  • Click the 'Calendar' icon in the menu bar

  • Click Enable Reminders

  • Set how often you want the checklist to send a reminder

  • Add each user you want to send a reminder to on that date

Users must be a member of your workspace; you can also add guest email addresses if you have Guest Runs enabled

Deleting a Reminder

  • Open the checklist

  • Click the 'Calendar' icon in the menu bar

  • Click Disable Reminders
