Recording Data with Checklist Fields 🛠️

When running through a checklist, Checklist Fields provide some options to record the status of important things.

Adding Fields to a Checklist

  • Open the checklist you wish to edit

  • Click Edit

  • Next to the step you wish to record data for, click Add Field

  • Select the field type

    • The field can be text, a number or a date

  • If the checklist field MUST be recorded, enable the Required? checkbox

Reviewing Checklist Data

In checklist run history, you can see recorded data for a given checklist run.

The checklist run will show data as it was originally recorded, even if the checklist is later modified

Deleting a Checklist Field

  • Open the checklist you wish to edit

  • Click Edit

  • Next to the step you wish to remove the field for, click the X icon

Previously-recorded data for this checklist will not be deleted.
