Give the Checklist a name, and click Create

You can then add steps one-by-one at the bottom of the Checklist page

Editing a Checklist

To edit a checklist, open the Checklist and click Edit

All changes, including adding/deleting/reordering steps, or renaming the playlist, are saved automatically

Renaming a Checklist

When editing a checklist, click on the Delete button to delete the checklist.

Adding Steps

To add a step, scroll to the bottom of the list, write your step, and click Add

Deleting Steps

To delete a step, click the Delete button next to the step

Re-ordering Steps

You can change the order of a step by clicking and dragging it.

Working on (Running) a Checklist

To run a checklist, open the checklist and click Start

Mark off each step as you complete it. When you've completed the Checklist, click Complete Run

Re-Opening a Run

If you need to revisit a run for any reason, open the run from Checklist History, then click Re-Open Run

Checklist History

To review the history of your checklist, to see when a checklist was run, click on the Runs button

Here you'll be able to see a list of all runs for a given checklist, by reverse chronological order

If a checklist was scanned in, you will see the original image

Deleting a Run

If you need to delete a checklist run for any reason, you will need to ask an Admin to delete it.

To delete the checklist run as an Admin, open the checklist run and click Delete

Personal vs Private Checklists

If you are a member of a Workspace, you can create checklists that are Private, but still tied to the Workspace.

Personal Checklists are for checklists you need in your personal life. Private Checklists are for business processes that someone may need to know if you ever leave, but don't need to be shared with the team right now.
